Why a print farm career is different

Running one printer is a craft. Running a farm is operations engineering. At JCSFY, our goal is to behave like a Large-Scale Production 3D Print Farm—meaning we care about throughput, consistency, and repeatable outcomes at scale.

That means we value people who can combine “hands-on printer skill” with “systems thinking.” If that sounds like you, we should talk.
