Shipping Options for JCSFY 3D Print Farm Orders
Getting parts printed is only half the job—the other half is getting them into your customers’ hands reliably and on time. Because JCSFY operates as both a 3D print farm and a fulfillment partner, we’ve built our shipping workflows around the same priorities as our printing: speed, consistency, and flexibility.
This page explains how we ship 3D printed orders from our Central Ohio print farm, which carriers we use, how global shipping works, and when pallet/LTL freight makes sense for larger runs.
Domestic US Shipping: UPS, USPS, and Major Carriers
For shipments within the United States, we primarily use major carriers like UPS and USPS, along with other common services where they make sense for price and speed.
Because orders are produced and shipped from inside the US, you avoid international delays and customs uncertainty. Typical delivery windows for standard service are:
- About 3–5 business days to most US destinations for standard ground services.
- Faster options available for rush projects when the carrier and budget allow.
Behind the scenes, we use tools like ShipStation and our own internal software to keep labels, tracking, and carrier selection organized, so shipping scales up as your order volume grows.
International Shipping: Europe, UK, and Beyond
We also ship 3D printed parts globally. Common destinations include:
- Europe (including Germany, France, the Netherlands, and more).
- United Kingdom.
- Canada.
- Australia and other major markets.
International shipping times and costs vary by destination and service level, but all orders still start from our US‑based facility. That gives you:
- One consistent production source for both US and international customers.
- Clear documentation and tracking for every parcel leaving the farm.
If you’re selling heavily into a specific region, we can work with you to choose services and packaging that balance cost and speed.
Pallet and LTL Shipping for Larger Runs
When your order volume grows beyond parcel shipments—such as wholesale batches or large restocks—we can ship via LTL (Less‑Than‑Truckload) freight. In practice, that means:
- We can palletize large runs of 3D printed parts or assembled products.
- We coordinate LTL pickup from our facility and delivery to your warehouse, 3PL, or distribution center.
- You gain better per‑unit shipping economics for big jobs compared to many separate parcel shipments.
Pallet shipping is especially useful for partners using our wholesale 3D printing services who want periodic, high‑volume restocks.
Light Assembly and Packing Options
For some products, we can go beyond printing and shipping loose parts. Depending on the project, we may be able to:
- Perform light assembly (snapping parts together, adding simple hardware, etc.).
- Pack parts into bags, boxes, or kid-ready kits before shipping.
- Include your branding on packing slips or documentation inside the box.
These options are scoped on a per‑project basis during onboarding or quoting, so we can price them accurately and build them into your workflow.
How Shipping Fits into Our 3D Print Farm Workflow
From your perspective, shipping is just the final step. Inside the farm, the process looks like this:
- Parts are printed, inspected, and approved in our print farm.
- Orders flow through ShipStation or other integrated tools, pulling in addresses and carrier preferences.
- We pack orders according to your requirements—single‑item parcels, multi‑item kits, or wholesale cartons.
- Labels are applied, tracking is generated, and parcels are handed off to UPS, USPS, or another carrier.
This setup lets you focus on designing products and selling them while we handle both the manufacturing and the logistics inside the US.
Need Specific Shipping Arrangements?
If you have unique shipping needs—such as custom packaging, mixed pallets, or routing labels for your own 3PL—let us know. Because we already run a production‑oriented 3D print farm, we’re used to tailoring the last mile to match how partners do business.
Tell us about your products and shipping requirements through our 3D print farm intake form, and we’ll recommend a shipping setup that fits your mix of domestic, international, and wholesale orders. From single boxes to pallets, JCSFY can help your 3D printed parts move smoothly from our farm to your customers.
